Marthyn is one of my favorite double bass experts when it comes to teaching others how to increase speed, accuracy and endurance with a double bass pedal. He recently put out this short video which shows an excellent way that you can practice double bass technique at home without making any noise. This could be very useful for drummers who live in apartments and are looking for ways to work on coordination and muscle memory at home.
